Who sees what

One system. Not everyone seeing the same thing.

Your recruiters, your business development people and you all work in the same place. Rates, client names and margin are not things everyone needs to see. Here is how that gets divided.

Roles

Five roles, out of the box.

Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Business Development, Senior Business Development and Admin. Most firms never change them. If yours works differently, you can build your own on top.

How it holds

Not greyed out. Not sent at all.

When a recruiter opens a placement, the bill rate and the margin are not on the screen. They are not greyed out and they are not hidden further down the page. Our server does not send them, so there is nothing there to find.

History

Every job keeps its own history.

Open a job and you get everything that has happened on it, in order. Who moved a candidate, who changed a rate, and when. Nothing is deleted for good, so a wrong rate or an import that went badly can be put back without anyone rebuilding it by hand.
