Who it’s for

Three seats. Three different mornings.

Yarrow reorders its navigation by role. A recruiter and a business developer do not have the same job, so they do not open the same screen.

  • The recruiter

Opens on their own desk. Their pipeline, their follow-ups, their interviews today.

    • One board, and stage names in your firm’s words
    • Every candidate the firm has, searchable
    • A banner if someone else is already in the record

No bill rate column. Not hidden — it never arrives.

  • Business development

Opens on clients. Accounts, contacts, and the orders that need candidates.

    • Accounts and contacts beside the roles they are hiring for
    • Shortlists you can send and then actually track
    • Contract renewals before they become a surprise

A different first screen from recruiting, because it is a different job.

  • The owner or ops lead

Opens on the firm. Margin, placements, and what is stuck.

    • Numbers that mean one thing across every desk
    • Stage names, field labels and visibility you can change yourself
    • A full export in CSV whenever you want it

No approvals workflow yet. It is on the roadmap, and we will say so.

Not for

Candidates and clients don’t log in.

There is no candidate portal and no client portal. Yarrow is for the people inside the agency — which is why every screen assumes you already know the business. If you need candidates managing their own profiles, we are the wrong tool and we would rather tell you now. The rest of the limits are on what Yarrow does not do.
