What Yarrow does not do.
Yarrow exports reports as CSV. There is no PDF export, no candidate portal and no approvals workflow. Most vendors save this for week six of procurement.
- Nothing runs on a schedule It checks when somebody opens it. Never while you’re logged out.
- No candidate portal Candidates can’t sign in or update their own details.
- No PDF export Reports come out as CSV.
- No approvals workflow On the roadmap. Not in the product, and not in any demo.
- No email to candidates Only password resets, invitations, and sending a shortlist.
- No two-way sync Nothing syncs back and forth with another system.
- A sent shortlist can’t be recalled Revoking stops new access. Anything downloaded is gone.
- Bulk actions are narrow No bulk editing, tagging, messaging or stage moves. On purpose.
- Résumé parsing is literal It reads fields. It doesn’t judge skills or infer seniority.
- Browser only No mobile app, no desktop app.
- Seven board columns, fixed Rename them all. You can’t add an eighth.
- Every line was confirmed against the application’s own source, not taken from a brochure. Anything we couldn’t verify isn’t on this site at all — multi-currency is the current example, and it stays off until it can be demonstrated.
